She is a creator of digital products and businesses and has 25 years’ experience in building, launching and maturing start-ups across the Australian banking and commodity industry sectors. Prior to Avenue Bank, Peita was a founding member of UBank, joining at conception and was instrumental in defining the UBank strategy, operating model, governance structure and executing the delivery of these strategic plans.
